WallKey - Privacy Policy

1. Introduction / 前言

(EN) This privacy policy applies to the WallKey application (hereby referred to as "Application") created by libthought (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as an Ad Supported service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

(中) 本隱私權政策適用於由 libthought（下稱「服務提供者」）開發之 WallKey 應用程式（下稱「本應用程式」）。本服務為含有廣告之服務，並以「現狀」提供。

2. Data Collection and Purpose / 資料蒐集種類與目的

(EN) The Application collects information necessary for providing and improving the service:

Account Information: Includes username, email, and Unique Identifier (UID) for identity verification.
Camera Usage: The camera permission is used EXCLUSIVELY for "Scanning QR Codes" to add friends. The system will never record video, take photos in the background, or upload camera imagery to our servers.
Media Data: Images you actively select/crop for wallpaper sharing are encrypted and stored in the cloud. These are displayed on the "History Page" for both parties.
Device Information: Includes IP address, operating system, and Push Tokens for real-time notifications.

(中) 本應用程式蒐集提供及改進服務所必需之資訊：

帳戶資訊：包含使用者名稱、電子郵件與系統唯一識別碼（UID），用於身分驗證。
相機功能：本應用程式要求之相機權限，僅用於「掃描 QR Code」以快速添加好友。系統絕不會在背景錄影、拍攝照片或將相機影像上傳至伺服器。
媒體資料：經您主動選擇、裁切後的圖片將加密上傳至雲端儲存空間。該圖片將顯示於「歷史頁面」供雙方查看。
裝置資訊：包含 IP 地址、作業系統及推播權杖（Push Token），用於確保您能收到即時通知。

(EN) The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policies:

4. Data Retention & User Rights / 資料保留與使用者權利

(EN) You have full control over your data. You can adjust permissions or delete your account through the "Settings" page at any time. Upon account deletion, all account info and history will be permanently removed.

5. Children's Privacy / 兒童隱私

(EN) The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

6. Security / 安全性

(EN) We provide industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmission to safeguard the confidentiality of your information.

7. Account Deletion Request / 刪除帳號要求

(EN) If you wish to delete your WallKey account and all associated data, please contact us at libthought@gmail.com or use the "Delete Account" feature within the App settings.

(中) 若您希望刪除 WallKey 帳號及所有關聯資料，請發信至 libthought@gmail.com 或直接透過 App 內部的「設定」頁面執行刪除帳號操作。
