WallKey - Terms of Service / 服務條款

1. Acceptance of Terms / 接受條款

(EN) By accessing or using WallKey (the "Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.

(中) 當您存取或使用 WallKey（下稱「本應用程式」）時，即代表您同意接受本服務條款之約束。若您不同意，請勿使用本應用程式。

2. Core Features & Interaction / 核心功能與互動原則

(EN) WallKey allows users to interact by remotely changing wallpapers, lock screens, and updating WK Windows (Widgets) for connected friends. By sharing your "Key", you understand and authorize your friends to perform these actions based on your permission settings.

(中) WallKey 允許使用者透過遠端更換桌布、鎖屏畫面及更新 WK 視窗（小工具）與好友互動。透過分享您的「Key」，即代表您理解並授權您的好友根據您的權限設定執行上述操作。

3. User Responsibilities / 使用者責任與規範

(EN) To maintain a safe environment, you agree NOT to:

Upload or share illegal, pornographic, violent, or infringing content.
Harass or stalk other users through wallpaper changes.
Impersonate others to obtain a "Key" from users.

The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

(中) 為維護安全的環境，您同意「不」執行以下行為：

上傳或分享違法、色情、暴力或侵權之內容。
透過更換桌布功能騷擾或跟蹤他人。
冒充他人身分以獲取其他使用者的 Key。

服務提供者保留停用違反上述規則之帳戶的權利。

4. Free vs. Pro Version / 免費版與專業版規範

(中) 本服務包含免費版（含廣告）與專業版（Pro），其功能限制如下：

免費版：每日發送次數有限（桌布/鎖屏 3 次，WK 視窗 5 次），可透過觀看廣告增加次數。歷史紀錄僅保留最近 30 筆。
專業版 Pro：解除發送次數限制，可建立無限 WK 視窗，並可讀取全部歷史紀錄。

(EN) Fees paid for the Pro version are processed via Google Play Store and follow their respective refund policies.

5. Privacy & Permissions / 隱私與權限控制

(EN) Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You can revoke any friend's permission or adjust "Who can change me" settings at any time within the App.

(中) 您對本應用程式的使用同時受我們的隱私權政策約束。您可以隨時在 App 內撤回任何好友的權限，或調整「誰可以更改我」的設定。

6. Disclaimer / 免責聲明

(EN) The Application is provided "AS IS" without any warranties. The Service Provider is not responsible for any mental distress or device issues caused by images received from your added friends.

(中) 本應用程式按「現狀」提供，不附帶任何形式的保證。服務提供者對於因您自行添加的好友所傳送之圖片而導致的心理困擾或裝置問題，不負法律責任。

7. Changes to Terms / 條款變更

(EN) We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

(中) 我們可能會不定期更新此條款。在條款變更後繼續使用本應用程式，即代表您接受新條款。
